Full Circle Construction Services is an S-corp owned and operated by Amanda Poindexter. The company is women-led with her employee, Lauren. The company was founded in 2016 and specializes in making buildings more efficient and the occupants more comfortable.
Amanda graduated from CSU Fort Collins with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and has extensive experience in the construction industry. Lauren is also a CSU grad, with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and has worked in the governmental and construction industries since graduation.
Amanda grew up working at her dad’s jobsites and has had a passion for sustainability in the built environment ever since she fell in love with snowboarding. She’s received her LEED AP, BD+C, is a HERS Rater, Energy Star Rater, an ICC B5 Building Inspector and has been working both in the field and in the office on all types of construction projects for the past 15 years. Lauren is BPI-certified and enjoys getting out to ski when not at work.
