HERS Ratings

A HERS Rating is essentially a MPG rating for you home. You wouldn’t purchase a car without knowing it’s MPG so why do we buy homes without knowing how much we will spend on utilities?

Based on a scale of 0 to 100, 0 being the most efficient, a computer model that takes into account the building assemblies, building orientation, mechanicals, etc., can calculate this number for you.

Get your HERS Rating and figure out how the building can operate at its highest level before you build and/or advertise your house’s efficiency when the house is complete!

Blower Door and Duct Leakage Testing

These tests are required by the Energy Code. If your job needs to be tested to show the local Building Department that you’re in compliance, reach out! If your local Building Department does not require these, these are still a great insurance to ensure that your building is airtight and that the ducts are providing conditioned air to the location that is was intended to go to.

Permit Submittal Assistance

Trying to get a building permit? Contact Full Circle to provide the needed documents for any Building Department. This can range from providing a REScheck / COMcheck, providing a Manual J calculation, a Projected HERS Rating or just providing consultation on how to make the project perform better and / or expedite the permit submittal process.
